So many people I know stress out at the drop of the hat and it’s becoming really frustrating to watch.

I really wish I could teach people to stress less. Usually they’re just caring too much about things that don’t matter or things they can’t change. Move on! Anyway, I got a couple of great responses from some smart guys and wanted to share them!

Take a step back, relax and size problems up for what they are. Learn why you stress over them, then work out how to be better than it for next time.
